The Bill (Reg. No.1340) was drafted "to enhance efficiency of counteraction to sexual exploitation of children and fighting crimes committed with the use of information and communication technologies". The Bill amends the Criminal Code of Ukraine and envisages criminal liability for the following actions: "violation of legislation on protection of public morality regarding circulation of products or organization and\or holding of entertainment event of erotic or sexual character (Article 300); circulation of products, organization and\or holding of entertainment event that is harmful to public morality (Article 301); circulation of products, organization and\or holding of entertainment event that is harmful to public morality and was performed with child´s participation (Article 301-1)".
